Chrissy Loewen graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.Ed and B.A double honors in Art History and Studio Art. She is currently teaching at Sylvia Fedoruk and City Park Elementary in Saskatoon, where she teaches art education. She enjoys continuing her practices in acrylic painting, graphic art and photography. Her work focuses on an abstract approach to painting that includes many textured layers.
